Retail Sales Associate – Full Time
The Retail Sales Associate duties include interacting with all customers in person, via email, and over the phone. Preparing work orders for shop work and invoicing, quoting, and estimating. Guiding customers with product selection, making product recommendations and assisting with special orders. Clientele includes everyone from individual retail customers to interior designers to contractors.

What you bring:
- 5+ years hardwood lumber industry
- 3+ years customer service

- Help customers choose wood & finishes
- Deliver exceptional in-store service

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving and processing new inventory, preparing delivery and pick-up orders, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and organized. Some knowledge of wood species is a plus.
