Retail Sales Associate
Our Retail Sales Associates help customers bring their projects to life by providing friendly, knowledgeable service in-store, by phone, and via email. Responsibilities include assisting with product selection, recommending wood and finishes, preparing quotes and invoices, processing special orders, coordinating shipments, and supporting shop work orders. Working with a diverse clientele ranging from homeowners to interior designers and contractors, successful candidates are customer-focused, team-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional experience.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving and processing new inventory, preparing delivery and pick-up orders, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and organized. Some knowledge of wood species is a plus.
